Kids' Holiday Store - Main Hall

Step into a world of wonder at the Kids' Holiday Store, where children aged 4 and above embark on an enchanting journey of discovery. This magical event promises a fun-filled adventure as young shoppers enter a realm of joy and empowerment.

Upon arriving, children check in and are given their gift tokens and gift tags. As they enter the store, they're greeted by their very own elf companion, ready to guide them through an array of gift aisles where they may choose gifts for their loved ones and friends. 

They proceed to the gift wrapping station and then to the cashier to "pay" for their gifts with their tokens. Parents/caregivers are asked to wait outside the store, and children will be brought back to them once they are done shopping.  This unforgettable experience typically lasts around 20 minutes.

The Kids' Holiday Store isn't just about gift-giving. It's a platform where children acquire valuable life skills such as decision-making and social interacting. The Kids' Holiday Store is also an affordable gift-shopping experience in a time when budgets are tight.

DONATIONS NEEDED! Help us make this annual tradition a success. We are always looking for new or nearly new gift donations for all ages. 

Donation bins will be out November 1st at various locations including the Library, City Hall and CRCA ( Rec Centre) office.
